Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring fragile home goods are securely padded to prevent damage during transit.

  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then securely affix it to the outside of your box.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
